“Lolita Fashion Special Auction Service” has been suspended
At present, the “Lolita Fashion Special Auction Service” has been suspended due to the following two complaints.
1. The seller said the clothing was in “Good condition” but it had stains on it. ( and the other dress had color-dulling by the Sun)
2. The actual item was not the same color as the photo in the auction listing.
Both of these are complaints about Mbok.
The condition of the item can vary depending on the judgment of the seller, and the color of the item can look very different depending on each person’s monitor or OS. Furthermore, each customer has a different opinion of what is in “good condition” and what isn’t, and the color may vary depending on the customer’s monitor.
We offered the “Lolita Fashion Special Auction Service” with our reasonable commission, but in order to prevent these problems from occurring for our customers, we will suspend this service for the time being.
We would like to consider whether we should end the “Lolita Fashion Special Auction Service,” raise the commission slightly, or add an optional charge for item inspection without raising the commission.
We are currently uncertain when the service will reopen (or be closed).
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
