(A): We prefer to look at the bright side of things. We would like to understand what makes our customers satisfied. This will make us happy as well.
We would like to be flooded with good feelings. We cannot feel happy by hearing about negative things. Also, we quickly hear about negative things without even asking, so currently we do not need to hear about them.

i-TM4U will be closed for the summer holidays (OBON holidays) from 12nd to 19th August.
During this time, we will not be able to answer any emails about shopping and auction requests or shipping.
In addition, please take note of the following points regarding requests and shipments:
◎ Requests (Shopping):
Please send us your requests by 5pm on 11st Aug (Japan time). Please also send us your payment by 5pm on 11st Aug (Japan time).
In addition, please be aware that items arrive at our office after 9 Aug will not be shipped until after 19 Aug.
◎ Requests(Auctions）:
Please make sure the auction ends by 10th Aug.
If you would like to request an item ending after this, please contact us by 7th Aug.
On 20th Aug, we will be preparing items to be shipped and answering backlogged emails. It is possible that our response to requests placed on 20th Aug will be delayed.
