Temporary closing in Feb

i-TM4U will be closed for the temporary closing　on 7th (Thus),  9th(Sat) and 11st (Mon)  in this month.
Instead, we’ll open our office on 6th (Wed).

During holidays (7th/9th/11st),  we will not be able to answer any emails about shopping and auction requests or shipping.

We are very sorry for the inconvenient and we appreciate for your understanding.

End of the Year Business Hours(2012-2013)

i-TM4U will be closed for the winter holidays from 30 December 2012 to 4th January 2013.
(last shipping is on 28th Dec)

During this time, we will not be able to answer any emails about shopping and auction requests or shipping.
In addition, please take note of the following points regarding requests and shipments:

◎ Requests (Shopping): Please send us your requests and also send us your payment by 3:00pm on 29th Dec (Japan time).

In addition, please be aware that items arrive at our office  after 25th Dec will not be shipped until after 7th Jan 2013.(with some exceptions)

◎ Auctions: Please make sure the auction ends by 26th December 2012.
If you would like to request an item ending after this, please contact us by 25th Dec.

For Items Shipped Out Next Year
Starting on 7th January 2013, we will begin to ship items from requests received in 2012 in order of receipt.

On 7th Jan 2012, we will be preparing items to be shipped and answering backlogged emails.
It is possible that our response to requests placed on 7th Jan will be delayed. Thank you for your understanding.

We would like to be flooded with good feelings. We cannot feel happy by hearing about negative things. Also, we quickly hear about negative things without even asking, so currently we do not need to hear about them.

When you send a shopping or auction request, there will be a form for you to write in other shopping services you have used before and liked as well as why you liked them, so please use
that form.
